Terms and conditions for Late payments of our business customers:

Any payment under the terms and conditions of this Agreement made after the date such payment is due and payable shall bear interest as of the day after the date such payment was due and payable and shall continue to accrue such interest until such payment is made at a rate equal to the lesser of either (a) eight percent (8%) above the prime rate as reported by Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, , as of the date such payment was due and payable, or (b) the maximum rate permitted by Applicable Law.

The right to claim interest arises when a payment is late. A payment is late when it is not made by the “relevant day”. The relevant day is the date agreed for payment or, in the event that no such date has been agreed, the last day of the period of 30 days beginning with the later of (a) the day of the supply/performance; or (b) the date of notice to the purchaser of the amount of ht debt: in practice, the invoice date.

When will I be charged for my order?

The time at which you’ll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorise the payment.

Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may look like BioBite Ltd has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
